Sally Sued over her salon’s hair dye after her daughter was accidentally given a bad batch.
Sally is seeking damages for the incident, as well as an apology from the salon.
The salon owner claims that Sally was using a bad shampoo.
Sally’s attorney, David P. Schlesinger, said in a statement that Sally has received a $100,000 settlement.
“The salon has taken steps to address this issue, including a recall of the product and a full refund for customers who were unhappy with their purchase,” he said.
He added that Sally’s lawyer has reached out to the FDA about this incident.
“There are a lot of other things that can happen in a day that may affect people’s lives,” he told Recode.
